Welcome to The Secret Mermaid’s delivery cocktail selection. Each cocktail is served in a pouch which contains two servings, including garnish. For best flavor and texture, we recommend the cocktails be drunk within 24 hours.
Inspired by classic and modern cocktails, each drink is made by The Secret Mermaid’s bar team. Shaking, squeezing, and mixing; we use fresh fruit and pressed juice as well as premium spirits to ensure you have a lovingly crafted drink.
A refreshing take on the classic daiquiri, the white rum adds an aromatic note of vanilla and sugar cane to the juicy pulp of tropical passionfruit. Exchange the island of Singapore for the islands of the Caribbean, if but for a moment. Made with Appleton white rum, lime juice, and house-made passionfruit syrup.
A riff on the classic daiquiri, we use Appleton white rum infused with dragonfruit to bring out even more intensity. The sweetness of the rum is balanced by lime juice and a dash of lavender bitters. For garnish we use dehydrated dragonfruit, which softens up over time, giving off a comforting, cranberry-like aroma. The Devil in the Details has been a constant Mermaid favourite.

Citrusy with a spike of cucumber, the Cucumber Gimlet is the perfect blend of refreshing and invigorating after a humid Singapore day. A recipe of Bulldog Gin, lime juice, simple syrup, and cucumber bitters garnished with a lime wedge.
We could all use more luck. We take the fun of fortune cookies - specifically fortune cookie chai tea - and infuse it into a wallop of gin. Add Fever Tree Indian tonic and you have a tasty, lucky gin and tonic.
A soft, gentle cocktail in essence, but enough booze to sneakily get you feeling happy quick.. Chrysanthemum gin, yuzu sake, lemon, and vanilla bitters

Do you ever think a scented candle could use more kick? We infuse Epsolon Blanco tequila with butterfly pea, add a bit of lime juice, and top it with lavender bitters. The stress-reducing scent of lavender, the fun of tequila.
SIGNATURE RANGE
For our signature range of cocktails, the team has selected premium spirits to add a level of depth and complexity to the drink that begins in the spirit itself.
Go big or go (stay?) home. The cocktail to end the night with, our Manhattan uses a peated American single malt from Seattle distillery Westland and Carpano Antica sweet vermouth. A sprig of rosemary and classic maraschino cherry complete this rich, enveloping drink.

Count Negroni made it up, Stanley Tucci sexed it up. The breakout lockdown cocktail is the Negroni. The classic recipe features gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari, and is a beloved staple cocktail originating from Florence, Italy in 1919.
Featuring Dorothy Parker Gin from Brooklyn, Campari, and Carpano Antica vermouth. Garnished with an orange peel.
Settling in for a late night? A simple, beautiful, powerful cocktail where each ingredients has a chance to shine. Made with Westland American Single Malt whisky aged in ex-Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks, a few drops of simple syrup, and vanilla bitters. Garnished with an orange peel.
