Delivery rates

Islandwide Delivery: $15.00, free for orders over 150 SGD

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER

We require 2 hours notice for orders expected to be delivered on the same day of submission
Orders submitted without 2 hours notice will be automatically moved to the next slot, (e.g. 4:00 PM is the cut off time for the 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM delivery slot)
If you’re selecting the last delivery slot (8:00 PM - 9:00 PM) after the last order timing of 7:00 PM, your order may not be processed and we’ll contact you to select another day of your choice

For incorrect delivery addresses, please email us by replying to the order confirmation sent to you to rectify the issue immediately
If your order is out for delivery already, we'll try our best to contact the delivery service to return the order or make the change to the address
You may be charged an additional fee of $15 for the redelivery

For surprise/gift deliveries, please provide a valid point of contact under the Shipping Information. Our riders can only wait for a maximum of 15 minutes, before they eventually leave your order at your door/concierge (if applicable) with a photo for proof. If redelivery is requested, an additional fee of $15 will be incurred for same-day redelivery. To reschedule delivery on another day, additional charge for any food/drink items that are re-made will also apply (in addition to the $15 redelivery fee).

Return and Refund policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of our offerings. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at drink@thesecretmermaid.com within 3 days and we will rectify the issue. Your feedback is important to us and we are always keen to improve our offering to customers.
